An international market introduction
The briefing was clear and demanding: Germanys market-leader for brand wines (Racke) and the largest South-African wine export company (KWV International) started a joint venture in 2003 with the goal to create the largest internationally distributed South-African wine brand within two years. And this on a market (New World Wines) with a sheer immense amount of products, but to date hardly any real brands.
This meant chance and challenge at the same time …
